Arabic AI agents under the PDPL

aixplain runs AI agents in Arabic and English on your own servers inside Saudi Arabia, so personal data stays in the Kingdom. The PDPL is a law, not a certificate, and on-prem installs in the Kingdom support your obligations under it. Inspectors mask personal data and stop any run that breaks a rule, every run is recorded, and you choose models suited to Arabic, including Arabic-first ALLaM and Jais.

Personal data stays on your servers

With Enterprise, aixplain runs on-prem, in your VPC or air-gapped, so your data and models stay inside your perimeter. We never sell your data or train on it.

Arabic-first models

Choose GPT, Gemini, Qwen, Llama, ALLaM or Jais, and switch without rebuilding your agents. A government agency in Saudi Arabia runs open models on its own servers to check payment orders in Arabic.

A check on every input and output

Inspectors check each input and output for personal data, jailbreaks, unsafe content or hallucinations. They mask personal data, then edit or stop any run that breaks a rule.

A record you can hand to your auditors

  • Who ran it
  • Actions and tool calls
  • Decisions and approvals
  • Inspector actions
  • Cost, latency and errors

Common questions

How does aixplain help us meet the PDPL?

The PDPL is Saudi Arabia’s data law, not a certificate. On-prem installs in the Kingdom support your obligations under it: your data and models stay inside your perimeter, and inspectors mask personal data on every run.

Do you also honor GDPR?

Yes. GDPR is also a law, not a certificate. Our privacy policy gives EU residents their GDPR rights, from access to erasure.

Which Arabic models can we use?

Arabic-first models like ALLaM and Jais, alongside GPT, Gemini, Qwen and Llama.
