Accountable AI agents, on your servers

Governments and regulated enterprises run more of their operations and services on accountable AI agents, in Arabic or English, on any model, inside their own servers.

Where the return on AI gets trapped

AI makes people faster, but most organizations never see it in their numbers until they redesign how they work.

80%of people who use AI say it makes them more productive

With aixplain

  1. Start with the work, not the workflow

    • Omni does real tasks across your systems and offers to turn repeated work into an agent.
  2. Your assets compound

    • What your teams create and share, in operations and customer services, is where every new team starts.
  3. Every agent answers to an owner

    • Inspector agents check every run, and sends and spends wait for your approval.
  4. Know what every outcome costs

    • Each run shows its time and cost, on any model you choose, swapped with no rebuild.

Measured in production

Governments and global enterprises run agents on aixplain for work they must answer for.

Payment validation for a government agency

Each invoice had to clear vendor, pricing, budget and policy rules, so a review cycle took two weeks. Now each invoice gets a decision in minutes, with the policy behind it, in Arabic. It all runs air-gapped on the agency’s own servers, with no external cloud.

Use the infrastructure that makes sense today

Keep the freedom to change tomorrow, without losing the agents, assets and controls you’ve built.

  1. Model independence

Can I replace a model without rebuilding the process?

Use any model in the Marketplace, or your own, and swap it on a live agent with no rebuild.

  2. Infrastructure independence

Can I move the workload without starting over?

The same agent runs in our cloud, your VPC, on-prem or air-gapped, with Desktop coming soon. Its full definition exports as JSON.

  3. Operational independence

Can I keep operating when a provider fails or changes its terms?

Every model has a fallback, and on your own servers nothing depends on an outside service.

  4. Economic independence

Can I see and lower my costs without being trapped in one pricing model?

See the cost of every run, set budgets by workspace, key and model, and move work to a cheaper model when quality holds.

  5. Governance continuity

Will my controls and history stay the same as the technology changes?

Swapping a model keeps the agent’s owner, policies, inspectors and run history. Moving it keeps its tools and API, and its run logs export.

Start with one team. See the value in 14 days.

Choose one team and let it hand real work to Omni and Koder. We measure what gets done and what it costs with you. Then you decide whether to expand, and the next team starts from what the first one put in your Library.

  1. Day 1

    Size

Who uses it, what it connects to and where it runs.

  2. Day 5

    Deploy

We go live with your team. Real work starts that day.

  3. Day 10

    Create

Teams create and share their first agents.

  4. Day 14

    Prove

Live and measured: work done, time saved, cost.

What your teams will ask

Why invest in an AI operating system before we know the use cases?

You don’t need a use case first. Start with the work your team already does: connect your tools, hand tasks to Omni and see what actually gets done. There’s no large transformation to commit to before you find the first value.

How does aixplain work with SAP, ServiceNow and our other systems?

Keep them as your systems of record. aixplain isn’t another record: it runs the work that crosses them. Any system with an API or an MCP server, your databases like PostgreSQL and tools from the Marketplace connect as tools and keep the access rules you set there. Every agent has its own REST API and MCP endpoint.

Can our data and models stay in-country?

Yes, when aixplain runs on your own servers: on-prem, in your VPC or air-gapped, with no external dependencies. Run open models like Qwen, DeepSeek or Llama and Arabic-first models like ALLaM there; frontier models like GPT and Gemini run in our cloud or through your own provider keys. aixplain cloud runs in the US today; a region in Saudi Arabia is coming soon. We never sell your data or train on it.

What does an on-prem install need?

The aixplain OS, data storage included, runs on CPUs as Linux containers on your infrastructure, behind your load balancer, on-prem, in your VPC or air-gapped. You need GPUs only to host your own models; how many depends on the models’ size and how many people and agents run at once. One deployment holds a workspace for each entity or team, and the rules you set at the top cascade down. We size it with you, install it by day 5 once your servers and security approvals are ready, and patch it on a schedule agreed with you. Air-gapped, nothing phones home.

How do we prove what an agent did?

Every run records who ran it, each tool call, every decision or approval, and the cost. Inspectors log what they checked or changed, and every agent has an owner from the start, so your auditors can trace each result to a person. Agents you already have are governed at the boundary: onboard them as tools over MCP or an API, and their calls are checked and recorded the same way.

Which certifications do you hold?

SOC 2 Type I and II: an independent auditor checks the security, availability and confidentiality controls on our cloud. ISO 27001, the NCA’s ECC and CCC, and PDPL readiness are coming soon, and so is single sign-on. On your own servers, aixplain runs inside your perimeter and under your controls. Our security team answers your questionnaire control by control.

Do you have a team in the region?

Yes. Our regional HQ is in Riyadh, alongside our San Jose headquarters. We deliver with certified partners in the region. Governments in Saudi Arabia and the UAE run agents on aixplain in production.
