Governing AI agents: an audit trail, budgets and an off switch
On aixplain, every agent has an owner, runs within a budget and can be switched off instantly. Inspectors check each input and output against your policies and edit or stop a run that breaks one, and you decide which sends, spends or connections need a person’s Allow. Every run records who ran it, actions, tool calls, decisions, approvals, inspector actions, cost, latency and errors, so your auditors can trace each result to a person.
An owner for every agent
Every agent has an owner from the start, and changes need approval. Roles decide what each member can see or change, and teams work in isolated workspaces.
Inspectors on every run
Agents in the loop check each input and output for personal data, jailbreaks, unsafe content or hallucinations. When a rule is broken, an inspector edits the answer or stops the run, and logs what it did.
Approvals where they matter
You decide which sends, spends or connections need a person’s Allow. Omni reads, prepares and drafts on its own, then waits for your Allow before it sends, spends, books or connects.
Budgets and an off switch
Set budgets and rate limits per workspace, key or model, and switch off any agent or API key instantly. Every run’s cost shows in its trace.
A record of every run
- Who ran it
- Actions and tool calls
- Decisions and approvals
- Inspector actions
- Cost, latency and errors
The same controls wherever it runs
Policies for access, data and spending apply to every agent, however it was created: in our cloud, which is SOC 2 Type I and II audited, or on your own servers, on-prem, in your VPC or air-gapped.
